Using samples of waste water from the E-Coat line, our lab performs testing during the design process, ensuring that the system will perform to its specifications.

The systems we design are combinations of UF/NF/RO membranes. The conditions of the source water (waste water) and its feed rate to the recycle system are the most important factors impacting system design. Periodic inspection of the source water (waste water) state is necessary.
In order to achieve the desired result, the source water state in the design phase must match the actual source water state.
