Corrosion resistant PT-DSA can be used in combination with membrane electrode to provide nutralizer extraction balance. The corrosion resistant property is achieved by coating precious metals on top of titenium based material.
When left untreated, fungi germanates and can significantly decrease the product life of the membrane electrode system. APLEX BS kills and prevents fungi grouth in the anolyte.
UF System is a critical component of an E-Coat line. When interruption occurs in UF permate production it affects UF rinsing quality, reduction in paint usage rate, general product finishing quality and increases cost. Our UF systems are designed to provide stable permeate production and low running costs.
Our Revers Osmosis (RO) system is easy to use and produces D.I. water suited for E-Coat line use without the need for strong chemicals for recharging. Even when membrane fouling occur we are able to run the flushing cycle within the RO System, and in general the RO module can last around 5 years for low running cost.
Our Waste Water Recycle System is designed to reuse/recycle portion of the waste water in the E-Coat line with the conbination of uf/nf/ro membranes.
